Very nice place, great food and a typical grotto ambiance. You should definitely give a try to the grilled chicken!More

Brione s / Minusio is a pensioner's paradise ... with all the trimmings - for example a Grotto full of German-speaking Swiss, partly in the style of Schicki-Micki-middle class: The discussions of a party next to our table revolved around the size and value of...their cars and houses all dinner long.
The food is very OK, reliable in quality and quantity. The service is attentive and friendly. As described the atmosphere is a little bit too much as in the German speaking part of Switzerland. So we did not recognise any Italian speaking native there.More
A typical Ticino grotto. Very nice ambiance, even an photo opportunity! We loved our dinner! It was excellent and quite reasonable. Staff speaks English, German and Italian. Open every day from 5PM. Look for the Jubilàum special!
We booked this restaurant for our first night stay, then after the meal we booked again for the next night. That's how good it was.
Great service - the ladies we very attentive, friendly and helpful.
Food - delicious- great menu and for the kids...the most amazing tasting pasta!
Price - usually type prices - steak was about 45chf served with with potatoes, polenta or noddles, tripe dish was 22chf, the famous chicken was about 33chf.
We went back the following night and weren't disappointed! Food and service were just as good.More
We had two salads, ravioli, rabbit on polenta, sparkling water, and a bottle of local wine for about $100 USD. The restaurant is small; service is friendly, and we were not rushed. It is so nice to dine and be able to hear yourselves converse!...As we went early, we got in without a reservation. It looks as though this is popular with locals.More
Now this place is really great to eat. The building is of the 17th century, it used to be 3 apartments that were then combined into this grotto. Service, food - all super!
you can't go wrong with this place!
We went there in a group of 5 girls by bus - all between 29 and 37. Home in a Ecotaxi. Beautiful setting - really nice surrounding and italian charme. Food portions BIG for the money = Good. Food itself solid. Room to improve. Seasoning...of food was unsatisfying. Service VERY friendly and very helpful.
All in all - I would call it a lovely Grotto with typical italian food and a lovely place to be - but in standards of food I would say there are better places. Nevertheless price and quality is well - and the service with heart.More
