Centrally located, Hanselmann has been here it seems forever. Upon entering, there are two counters: on the left for all sorts of chocolates, on the right for bread, pastries and savory treats. If you walk on, you will come to the dining hall. The walls are all wood paneled and there is Alpine art on the wall. If it is... More

Went into St Moritz with coffee and cake at the famous Hanselmann Cafe in mind. The service was VERY POOR indeed. The waitress could not have bothered less. When asked if we should order the cake etc at table or at the counter outside, she told us to do what we wanted. Told us to take any table. Eventually threw... More

We love this little cafe in the heart of the "Dorf." They have a nice assortment of cakes, like the Sacher and various fruit (berry) cakes, and of course the famous Engadin Walnut Cake that we just had to try. Their hot chocolate is perfect for a rainy day. We enjoyed just taking in the old-time atmosphere and looking through... More

We visited for a hot chocolate mid morning. The Shop is amazing and worth a visit on your way through. We sat at the window overlooking the lake drinking a very very fattening hot chocolate! It was gloriously old fashioned and a perfect way to spend an hour.

A very traditional coffee / pastry shop, and restaurant. for decades they are stuck in the same very mediocre menu , no creativity, stressed waitresses, but even so in high season packed, it lives still of its old reputation

A very colorful cafe with different kinds of chocolate, cakes and various sandwiches. Even if you don't like sweet, you have to feel its magic-like atmosphere.

The cafe Hanselmann in the centre of St. Moritz is worldly renowned for it's high quality chocolates, pastries and breads. The staff are very friendly, and this is a great place to stop of a coffee a treat.

The hot chocolate in Hanselmann's gives decadent a whole new meaning! Especially with the side dish of real whipped cream they deliver alongside the chocolate. I think they just melted the perfect chocolate bar into the pitcher! Then there are the desserts to choose from ... the wait staff was excellent, as well.
