There is no other place I always love to go back such as Veltlinerkeller. Beef skewers with bacon and Pizzoccheri are worlds best at Veltlinerkeller. Gnocchi Gorgonzola and the two different Raviolis are amazing too. And then the Zabaglione for desert...:)

Whenever I visit this region, I will make sure to eat in this very nice, rustic restaurant. The food is very good and the staff friendly and helpful.

We were looking for a place to dine and happened to pass by Veltlinerkeller. Upon entrance to the restaurant, we passed by an open fire oven and to our delight, saw spare ribs being prepared as the day's special. We were seated in a large...room on the upper floor. The wooden chairs were really heavy and the ambiance was countryside like with plenty of wooden furnishings. The waiter was really friendly and charming. The spare ribs were charred, perfect and very delicious. We also order gnocchi which must be the best gnocchi I had, it was tasty and soft. Overall, such a lovely dinner!More

Good food, good value, good service. Rustic country restaurant with a family atmosphere. Good menu, fairly priced. Brotwurst, lasagna, spaghetti pomodoro, all top notch. Special of the night, spare ribs, were indeed special, not fall off the bone type, not US sweet sauced, just very...very good. Really excellent house made desserts - raves for strudel and zabaglione. Go there unless you’re into Michelin stars.More

The pizzoccheri was delicious and portions were huge. Shared as an appetizer and then had skewers of venison and beef. Avoid the lasagna. Delicious wines by the bottle or glass. Our waiter Sameh was exceptional and made great suggestions. Seating can accommodate larger groups 8-10...plus and quaint Swiss decor. Would definitely return. Enjoy!More

How knew that amazing Italian food was served in St. Moritz! This restaurant rivaled any of those that I visited in my many trips to Italy. It is not in St. Moritz proper but within walking distance (about 20 minutes) of the center of town.

Lovely traditional restaurant. Had nice vegetable soup (could be served in a larger soup bowl), delicious fresh salad and traditional wiener schnitzel (give a try to the cordon bleu) The great positive surprise came at the end - Italian style tiramisu. Would have given the...food 4 stars however, the first class service upgrades the rating to 5.More

It's not required, but I would recommend. Especially in winter months
