We were staying at the hotel and gave this a try on the last night. The food was good, but there were definitely some problems. 1. Incredibly slow service. The restaurant was nearly empty (6 or 7 tables taken in the restaurant) and yet the whole experience from sitting down to leaving took nearly 3 hours. The waiter and waitress... More

This restaurant falls prey to a common theme these days - mixing and matching exotic ingredients to create dishes no one is offering - and the end result is disappointing. I'm not looking for Mac-n-Cheese, but some of these concoctions were almost inedible. Maybe my mood was darkened by the fact that it took three full hours from the time... More

very nice atmosphere, everybody very kind, in a very old fashion room, you feel like in the "belle époque"

We had dinner at the Jungfrau Brasseries - what a delightful meal! From the amuse to dessert, each course was amazing. The Asparagus 5 ways was a dish I will never forget! The only problem was the language barrier when ordering the beef - it was overcooked, but that was due to the definition of medium rare translated to German... More

Good friendly service, you can smoke in the adjacent Davidoff Lounge or outside. Great negronis. Will have a few snacks there tonight.

The food here was excellent. Unfortunately the service wasn't. The restaurant was almost empty but it still took forever for anything to happen (even if it was the case they were not wanting to disturb us)

We had Brunch as part of a Sunday Spa day. (The Spa by the way is wonderful and the treatments are excellent.) The restaurant itself is in a most beautiful room. That alone makes it worth a visit. However, the service was terrible. And that in a fairly empty restaurant. We were seated and then no one came to offer... More

Went here for the CHF 79 Brunch including a glass of Swiss "Champagne" and would highly recommend it. Lets start with the downsides. You had to pay for mineral water, the dessert was in a different room to the rest and there was no live band. Oh and they only had paper towels in the toilet. The rest was all... More

Service is professional but the offer is not exceptional for a luxury brasserie. The setting is nice. A belle epoque decoration that brings you back to the old days. You can easily imagine at it was in Interlaken in those days with the clients. Traditional swiss cuisine. You will not be disapointed but not surprise also.
