Chesery was a delicious culinary experience. I ordered the 5 course menu, which had perfect portions, not too large, but not to small either. The highlights of my meal were the mushroom ravioli and the japanese tataki beef. By mixing influences of Japanese food, French food and Swiss organic fresh produce, the result was amazing. My friends ordered the apple... More

Food prepared using carefully selected ingredients of the very highest quality with careful attention to detail is always a pleasure to eat, wherever it is served. Here at Chesery you can enjoy classic cuisine with Mediterranean influences served in a wonderful chalet setting.

The CHESERY has seen the world. Not one of the rich and famous who hasn't been there. The typical building offers a special atmosphere outside and inside. AND the Michelin Star rated Restaurant offers best of......

The restaurant is in a luxury building, originally a chalet, located right in the center of Gstaad. Is the place where the jet set to satisfy their palates, but the dishes are ugly to see and little tasty. The service in mincing, more humility!

I have been spending the winter in Gstaad for 35 years and the best food is here. It is in town and it has the most incredible service. The food is excellent. Maybe the decor could be improved but it is the way squid of decorating All in all, it is the best restaurant in town

This is our favourite in Gstaad. The quality and the professionalism day after day by Robert Speeth and his wife and the whole staff are first class, very friendly and very focussed on their clients. The quality of the food, the creativity of the chef are absolutely top. We love to go there every time we are in Gstaad.

Without any doubt one of the best dinners we have had for many years - the 18 Gault-Millau points are fully deserved. There is an excellent after-concert menu. Very friendly service. We had a Sancerre white wine to start with and a Chambolle-Musigny with the meal - heavenly! Nice atmosphere in this cosy restaurant.
