My wife and I are foodies. We travel the world and try the best restaurants wherever we can. Intensus is clearly one of the best ones we tried, and it has a little extra that makes a huge difference. Every dish is fantastic, every ingredient...is carefully chosen and cooked at perfection. The wine pairing is great, and includes surprising discoveries. The Chef and his wife are great and entertaining hosts. The team in the kitchen is also worth a mention, and clearly, love what they do. And the company around the table was fun. No hesitation, we will be back!More

Hands down this was a spectacular evening, one that will not go unforgotten.  My love and I pulled the trigger on a last minute opportunity when tickets for Intensus became available. We hoped a plane from LAX to Geneva for a long weekend to indulge...in this unique experience. From start to finish we were "Wowed". The hosts are friendly and so so wonderful, we have friends for life. The 20 courses along with the pairing of wines was the most creative experience shy of brilliant. Everything was balanced and proportionally sized. We left feeling happily satisfied without feeling overly full, to our surprise. Passion drives this couple to share with guests something they truly LOVE to do wholeheartedly.More

Simply one of the best eating experiences I've ever had. 16 courses with brilliant and creative food, accompanied by amazing wines. Kudos to our hosts Olivier and Katie!

My partner and I were finally able to acquire seats at the Intensus dining table. The chef Olivier oozes his deep passion for cooking throughout the evening. Each dish is carefully and creatively crafted, leaving the guests pleasantly surprised and intrigued. He uses quality products...and innovative techniques to elevate each dish. He is very generous in the number of courses (skip lunch on the day you are going!) and takes time to interact with the guests, explaining various aspects of the dishes. There is a very elaborate, well sought wine pairing to go with each dish. Note, I was pregnant during this experience and they went out of their way to pair my dishes with interesting drinks: some of which I didn't know existed, so I had a lovely experience as well. From what I could tell, the wine selection for the dinner was impeccable. Olivier's wife Katie, hosts the dinner and has a seat at the table, giving her the chance to interact with the guests throughout the evening. She is very professional, yet lovely and entertaining. She makes everyone feel at ease instantly. E.G, upon arrival, she knew everyone's name and could match them to our faces. Not only is she a fantastic host, but she is also very knowledgable about all the courses. The experience lasts a good number of hours, so be prepared for the ride! The decor and service is of very high standard and the location is only revealed 24h prior to the event. Although expensive, it is worth every penny and we definitely plan on returning after the baby is born. Thanks for the unforgettable evening and hopefully, we will get regular alerts from now onMore

Intensus: a verb or a noun? it feels like a new rule or theory. taste, event and the all around, make this a wonderful experience that leaves it‘s footprint within you. excited and really overwhelmed i left in the early morning hours with nothing else...than being happy and tired. now i believe: food is an art form and part of our culture. i am so thankful that i was able to see this and get to know new people on a beautiful journey. this may all sound so unauthentic, but it was poetry for me. have your doubts about it, it‘s part of the journey. thanks to the kitchen team, if you guys can read this: i am inspired by the way how you do your job.More

I had wanted to have the Intensus experience for a while, always without success. But finally I had booked my place a couple of weeks ago. And not only was it amazing food, cooked with precision, but I discovered new ingredients that took me on...a culinary trip I had not experienced before! And to top it off, the chef came out of the kitchen after each dish was placed in front of us, to explain the dish. The poached duck egg, surrounded by a rich veal jus into which one dips a perfectly toasted piece of bread is just oh so perfect and then to have this magical dish followed by a perfectly seared and cooked segreto of iberico pig is just heaven. This foodie experience is something unique in Geneva as from the moment one steps into the venue, there is the warmth of having entered a private home, as this is how the chef receives you inside his domain. I definitely recommend Intensus to anyone lucky enough to book one of the twelve seats once a month.More
