Good hotel. Good food. The front lady was not so cooperative when it comes to issues. The hotel is closed to city center.

Initially I thought that a transit-business hotel might not have the greatest kitchen, but I was very pleasant surprised by the quality and presentation of the food, including the service, too. The place is absolutely lovely. Well connected from Bern station by tram. The breakfast spread was amazing and the service was really brilliant.

The rooms are large and clean. The beds are comfortable. The vanity set is very handy . The hotel is well located because it is easy to park and there is a tramway going to the center just in front. I was on a business trip so the hotel was near the places I needed to go. I liked the room and the breakfast was plentiful and I really liked the coffee.
