Well presented and expertly constructed. Like a Swiss watch, the two soups we had were delicious beyond anything we expected. Staff are friendly and informative. We had such a great experience there.

My favourite composer of all time, Ludwig van Beethoven, was something of a soup fanatic and once said so very wisely: "Only the pure in heart can make a good soup". Well, Soup Basel certainly knows how to make a good soup or two and I can highly recommend this establishment to anybody else who enjoys good soups.

This is a lovely restaurant with homemade, delicious soups. They have four different daily soups, also vegetarians alternative, and you can enjoy a small or large portion. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. This place has cosy interior, no chain feeling. I would welcome more this kind of lunch options. Thank you for wonderful soups! I will come back... More

Great soups, fruit and staff. Healthy to boot. Menu constantly changing, but always good. Cheap by Basel standards too and 2 branches 2.

This restaurant specializes in selling soup. All the soup they make is excellent. There is no comparison. This restaurant has specialized in something most restaurants sell but don't specialize in and it has wrked very well for them. Perfect for if you are in the mood for soup.

What a find on a rainy, cold day! This place offers a few different kinds of soup, which are posted on a board when you enter. The large bowls of tasty, hot soup come with bead and a piece of fresh fruit. Nice and healthy! It is counter service so you order, get your soup and find a seat at... More

This self service place is more like a college canteen than a restaurant. The soup is nothing special but the large size of the bowl it is served in. They also offered free fruit.
