We keep coming back to this restaurant couple of times a year for special occassions and it always delivers. Food absolutely fantastic, worth every penny, and staff very polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

Another BREXIT casualty as this splendid Spanish themed restaurant has closed. Unaware of the impending demise we booked a family meal for last Saturday only to enter a state of shock when the waitress informed us that it was their last night of trading! As usual the meal was a sensory delight. Alas my favourite local eaterie is no more.... More

Did not know tonight was their last Saturday before closure. Such an exceptional local eatery that we have enjoyed over the last few years. Food and service in the little gem will be missed. We'll miss this gastro pub but will be visiting Pulpo Negro in Arlesford. Enjoyed our night out tonight and the food as ever excellent.

An excellent all round Gastro Pub which is about to close due to what appears to be difficult landlords - shame on them for denying this little village such a fine dining place.

A group of us had a good lunch as part of our visit to Hattingley Valley winery nearby. We had the pre booked lunch package which for the price of £15 was excellent value for a 3 course meal. The service was friendly and efficient bearing in mind we were a party of 22. Good selection of wines although some... More

We had Wednesday night dinner as a family of four. We had booked and enjoyed a big table by the window. Despite being very quiet there was a pleasant ambience and music playing in the background so it was relaxing and we were able to talk amongst ourselves. The food was absolutely wonderful. We all chose something different and all... More

Great location vibrant pub and friendly staff. Food was very good. Only issue I had were some of the other customer's and their attitudes and expectations. Just took the edge off it for me but the staff handled them well.would I go back...yes I would

Went for a late lunch. Tomato bread (better than Pulpo Negro) sardines, beef carpaccio, macaroni of haddock, scotch egg and some hams. All very good. Served in good time. A really nice lunch.

I have dined in this fine establishment a few times over the years and my honest opinion is simply - I can't see me returning. The chef seems to be trying too hard to please but making a complete hash of things. The food seems to be fiddle faddle and vastly expensive for what is actually on the plate. The... More

After reading your review i instantly felt angry. Not with our staff for letting an unsatisfied customer leave our premises, but for this pathetic attempt at a review. Its quite clear that you have never dined here or have a clue about good simple food. Your review has actually left more questions unanswered than answered any for anyone trying to... More

Brilliant Sunday lunch - best we've had at a pub. Great for kids too! Big garden for them to explore. Great service and the food was top quality.
