We had great appetizers and food, excellent wine and great service. The ambience is lovely, both indoors and outdoor seating. Highly recommend this hidden gem just few steps down from the centre.

Surprised how quiet it was. Food very good. I didn't find the portions small though you need a side of vegetables with a meat course since, as is traditional in Italy, the meat pretty much comes on it's own. We had a delightful young waitress...who spoke English.More

Definitely plan to order a primi and a secondi for each person here--the portions are quite small. Good food, just not the best value.

Five of us had dinner here, and it was a nice experience. The restaurant is in an historic building. Spacing between tables is wide making for good conversation and low noise level. Our group split as to the entrees, with several people ordering the pappardelle...with wild boar ragu, and others going with the roasted suckling pig. Both were good, but the pig was the favorite with moist meat and crispy skin. We were split again for desserts with some ordering the nougat semi-freddo, and others the dark chocolate brownie. Again, we shared and agreed all were very good and probably the best part of the dinner. The house wines were good and a great value. At the end of the night we agreed that it was a good dinner, but not the five star experience the reviews had us hoping for.More

We had tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, pasta with bottarga and the traditional strudel of Umbria. The food was amazing! The place was really nice and traditional! The service was excellent! The price for everything was 43€.

Make sure you book a table otherwise you will have to wait an hour or two before they can get you in (but the wait is definitely worth it)! The duck breast with apple and honey is incredible and I would highly recommend it. The...portions are small but the flavor makes up for it.More

We had lunch today in this typical restaurant; the food was absolutely delicious and the service just perfect. Very good quality to price ratio. Highly recommended.

What stood out to me here was the service but also the menu. It has a lot of dishes you don't really see anywhere else. I had a slow-cooked pork dish that was excellent.

We enjoyed a lovely meal in this restaurant despite my lack of smell! We had the belly pork and citrus chicken - both to be recommended! The pork crackling was very good! Thank you for your hospitality, friendship and the red wine tasting - it...was much appreciated. There are some great red wines in this region! Regards to Paolo! Jimmy and KateMore
