Food was ok, portions were big. Our group tried pizza, pasta and meat and the meat got the best feedback, but have had better food on many restaurants in the area. Service was slow throughout and nothing special and they charge you EUR 2.50 per person which I would not have paied given the option.

Very cosy, nicely decorated restaurant. We had four meat plates, three of them were very good. Smooth service, not very expensive.

Italian atmosphere, italian food tha tastes so incredibly good. We had steak and great tortellini with ricotta and truffles. Great wine and the service so good and nice. Real Italian restaurant and i highly recommend it.

It was like walking into someones front room, except there was a bicycle hanging from the ceiling. The atmosphere was really good as the place was very busy which did make the service slightly slow, but whats the rush when you're on holiday. The menu has simple dishes on it and our starter and pastas were delicious but my braised... More

We ate four plates of pasta for lunch. Can't say anything about the other dishes but all the pasta plates were very good. The place is about a 10 minute walk from piazza del campo and it was a very hot day, but the place was well air-conditioned. The rest of the people having lunch there seemed to speak Italian,... Beautiful home made food & local wine - the fillet steak in Nobile wine sauce was our favourite. Great home made pasta's too & all at very fair prices. Excellent friendly service.

As others mention in their reviews, this place had plenty of people while other restaurants nearby had few. While this is not haute cuisine, it is hearty, well-prepared, good-sized portios of food. We had two beef dishes ( the noce di vitellinone & the spezzatino) coupled with insalata mistos. If you are not looking for great ambience or cuisine, this... More

Ate late at around 9.45pm but the restaurant was still open and busy - most others were empty, the contrast being testament to how good the food is. We had the steak in wine sauce and slow cooked wild boar stew with polenta. Both were exceptional. Great value at 48 euros including wine, waters and 2 grilled vegetable sides. Super... More

The staff at our hotel recommended we walk to Via Comollia to find some restaurants, and this was the first restaurant that looked decent. This restaurant was more than decent - it was really very good! The ambiance was charming (even the big display case of meat as you walk in), the server was very helpful, and the food was... More
