My husband ordered a pizza. We first got the wrong one and the lady that took our order came back with it to say in an angry way we really ordered this one and not a 4 fromaggio. I didn't even know the name of the other one. I had chicken with chilli cream sauce. Sauce = some water (probably... More

Avoid at all costs. Just to prelude this, the visit ended with the 'manager' threatening to call the police as we refused to pay service charge (2 euros per person as standard which isn't mentioned until bill). We waited an hour for two margarita pizzas, two cokes and a bottle of water. The colas were warm and the glasses straight... More

Definitely the worst Italian food ever (and I'm now already living in Italy for six months). Service was alright, but the bruschetta we had as a starter can't be called bruschetta as one only had a few pieces of tomato without anything at all. Pizza we didn't try, but the pasta was tasting super boring and you really had to... More

For sure, we arrived at a bad time for everybody, the staff was very hungry, they did not care too much about us, very busy eating together in the next room.My dish was totally uncooked, when I asked the cook to cook it better, he denied, saying this how it is, in big hurry to go back to his meal.I... We went there today for coffee. On the Menu the espresso was listed with one Euro. On the bill it was two Euros. We ask for WiFi, they said they don't have. On my phone I found a network with their name. I went to the toilet - no key to lock the door. All in all horrible service. I... More

We were the first to arrive and ALL the tables outside were empty. We wanted to sit close to the street BUT the waiter insisted that we sit way over on the other side because more people will come. He was abrupt and pushy and I was not happy. The next lot of people to arrive, he let them sit... More

The worst pizza ever had. Bread is better to eat. Waiter was ok. Tomato sauce terrible, pizza terrible. Avoid this place.

This is on the main street from the bus station to Piazza de Campo so is easy to find (we were on a day trip from Florence). We had a lunch of two beers, two pastas and one main. Food was OK and the bar was very busy, noisy with a very young vibe. Total cost 34 euros so not... More

The waiter was fine but the food was slow to arrive, and was not worth waiting for. One of our pizzas was wet and almost uncooked in the middle and had to be returned.
