We found the place through Michelin guide. Food is just awesome! The highlight are the pasta with truffle and also the tiramisu, but all the dishes are really great. The waiter was very charming and personal. Highly recommended!!

We went for in lunch at PorriOne (group of 12) after our usual Siena-restaurant was fully booked. Glad we did. Reception was extremly friendly and professional. Food is really of the finest quality. Will not be surprised if they receive a michelin-star in the future. Cannot wait to go back. This is my Italian discovery of the year.

What a wonderful surprise, to stumble upon this restaurant after being a bit disappointed that the restaurant were we wanted to go for lunch was closed. Superb quality cuisine and a great choice of wines. Very well on their way to receive a Michelin star! Well done and thank you very much for the great service from Ernest!

My husband and I were happily wandering around Siena, when we thought it would be great to stop for a glass of wine. I wanted to do a little people watching too. This was just perfect! We sat down for wine but decided to try some antipasti as well. So glad we did. I had a small plate of fruits,... More

This restaurant in a small street on the Piazza del Campo serves elegant, exquisite food, authentic flavours with a modern twist. Light, delicious, served with great class. The pasta with anchovies, egg and truffle is my favourite.

We wish we had found this restaurant on earlier visits. It was only last year that we found it - right under our noses and now we would not dream of coming to Siena without a visit, There are meat and fish tasting menus but we prefer à la carte. This is the best in Siena by miles. Small, elegant... More

The food was faultless. Exquisite flavours and beautifully presented. I only gave a 4 because we had to top up our own wine the entire evening and at 130Euro per bottle I would have expected they would do that. But for the food I would definitely visit again.

Our fifth visit to PorriOne (Nov., 2015) which, in and of itself hopefully says something! This time, it was just my wife and myself, which was the case when we first experienced the wonderful and intimate experience of PorriOne. Between these two visits, we have brought our family members and closest of friends as we wanted everyone of them to... More

My husband and I just spent a month in Siena. We enjoyed many restaurants in Siena and Tuscany as a whole. PorriOne was something special. We had a lunch and an anniversary dinner at the restaurant. The food was excellent. Typical Tuscan food, along with food originating from other parts of Italy, were presented in a unique and truly delicious... More

The place doesn't look like a top place to spend your evening from the outside but after one glance at the menu and five minutes at the table and you know the evening will be outstanding. We had the extensive menu and the food was excellent , it's traditional Italian food with a modern twist to it . They know... More
