Not a fancy place and the English may not be perfect but the food was just ordinary good food that the Tuscans eat every day. Really enjoyed this one!

Came here on recommendation of our hotel staff. Great little place and good value. Food was good. If you are in Sienna I recommend here for a meal. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

The best restaurant in Siena at an affordable price. Every single dish was outstanding. Can very highly recommend this for true authentic home cooked style Italian food.

Small, simple and very nice osteria close to Siena duomo. The food was typical Tuscan, the service was perfect. The prices are reasonable.

This is quite a small restaurant so reservations are a must. Food was excellently prepared and delicious. A healthy mix of locals to tourists.

Authentic Tuscan food, reasonable prices, and the support of the local community makes this little restaurant a gem. The ambiance and simplicity of the relatively limited menu adds to the success of the little place.

We arrived in Siena quite late so found ourselves looking for something light......... A "light" meal in Siena is an oxymoron. There were several eateries that looked interesting yet empty, then we caught a whiff of grilling steak..... Following our noses we found a small Osteria with people waiting outside in the chilly February evening. Looking through the doorway you... More

We really enjoyed our meal at Cice. It was recommended by the reception at our hotel as one of a couple of good, reasonably priced places that serve traditional Tuscan food. It did not disappoint. The menu was traditional and the food was excellent - Tuscan beef stew. The service was great. We had a carafe of house red wine,... More

Stopped here as a family of four halfway through a day's sightseeing. Very close to the main sights but not at all touristy- mainly Italian clientele. We just had a pasta dish (all excellent- recommend the wild boar tagliatelle and the tortellini with mint and Gorgonzola) with a properly chilled half bottle of San Gimignano. Very good value too.

Excellent menu, served by very friendly manager and staff. Reasonable prices, and good wines. If visiting during the Palio, make sure you book a table!
