Arrived a bit late in the evening, the staff were very helpful, got us a table. It was still busy at 9pm. We had a sheep cheese and tomato starter shared which was delicious and then we shared the T-bone steak, it was excellent cooked...over the wood fire. We had an inexpensive bottle of canti which was very nice too. We would go back..More

We were here in 2019 and it was tasty and nice atmosphere! We went back to experience that again, but the pizza was not good. It tasted like it needed to be in the oven for much longer. We were very dissapointed.

We had dinner on 3 nights while we stayed near San Giminano . Food was brilliant. Staff was very helpful and always listen to your requirements and try to help out even if you need something made specifically for you with slight modifications form usual...dishes. We will definitely visit again when we come back.More

Very nice pizza! The fiorentina was good just a bit under seasoned. The lirica music was a bit too much but overall it was a nice experience.

First night in San Gimi and we wanted a good Italian pizza. Just outside the walls and a 5-min walk from the hotel, we found exactly that. Pleasant staff, good service, nice draught beer (they also had a lot of wine on the menu!) and...a very good selection of pizzas! What’s not to like? Left the restaurant happy and full.More

It's a wonderful place just out San Gimignano's walls. Here you can really eat very tasty food like delicious and tender Fiorentina steak, colourful 'antipasti', good pizzas and pasta. If you ever come in Tuscany you have to eat here at least once. Highly reccomend...it!More

We heard about this place from the agriturismo owner. We stayed about 15 mins away. Thinking we knew everything, we thought it was around the square where the famous gelato shop was. Yeah, chalk up a loss for us, it's outside the walls of the...town. We got there and it was packed, but we waited maybe 5 mins for a table. We got to check out the florentine steaks in the display case and hear people talking about how good the food was. The wait staff was excellent. Yes there was a wait for our food, but what do you expect for a packed house. The staff continually gave us updates and checked on us. No complaints. I got the pici ?, thick pasta) aglio, olio and peperoncini, my youngest got margherita pizza and my wife got the florentine steak. The dinner was excellent. The steak was up there in price, but honestly, for a touristy place, the prices were excellent. If you're around, give it a try.More

We had the pizza from the wood oven and it was fantastic. The house wine was also very good. Others had the pasta and gnocchi and were also very impressed. Will definitely go back

Came here for a late dinner with children. The food was good, also the dessert. Unfortunately, didn't stay longer.

We called about an hour before heading to the restaurant to book a table for two - I’d suggest calling a day or two in advance. They had some larger tables upstairs that could accommodate a party of 7
