We had dinner here with a couple of friends and we must say we liked the food and the place. However, there was something missing, since we were kind of expecting a little bit more from the reviews. The service was ok and the food as well, it was good but we were not impressed.

A small eatery with 8 tables/20 seats, customers served by a cheerful young waiter and a cool local chef. The food is extraordinary, the dishes served are very chic and delicious. It is worth to try if you are tired of the pasta and pizza cliche.

Great service and excellent pastas. The restaurant is very small so better book your table before visit. Food is excellent. Nice wines. Very reasonable pricing.

Cozy, amazing service (but poor english, and no english menu). With the free wifi and google translate we managed to order. Inexpensive, wonderful waiter, cosy locale. Recommended.

We had a various starter (Antipasti) which was obviously prepared hours ahead of our evening meal. The color at the edges of some of those were grey already. Then a salami was sold to us as part of the starter as Spanish origin which was cheapest German supermarket origin with no taste at all. I could continue. A cooking style... More

Ok so we saw the restaurant on tripadvisor and we decided to go there since restaurants in tourist places are not good ussually. The waiter was super nice funny and kind with us! Appetizer was amazing and then we took pasta and steal, both were great! As in the pictures seen! Would Definetly recommend going again! Amazing just amazing!

You would not expect food of sucdh quality to be in the most touristy place! We stumbled across this place as we got attracted by their generous glasses of Aperol Spritz! We looked at the menu and were pleasantly surprised and decided to stay for a meal. Since then we dined ther twice. The food, the presentation and the service... More

First of all: I completely recommend this place. The atmosphere is calm but at the same time the waiter will make sure you will have a great time. The menu comes at very reasonable prices. I can recommend the antipasti peperosa (12€) and also the filleto di manzo (15€). The quality of the food, combined with prices and the waiter... More

Description
Peperosa restaurant is daily open for lunch (during the winter season), for dinner or just for a quick drink on the streets of the historical Pisa. It offers a rustic and genuine food as Italian usual, generous portions of starters, typical meat second courses, without forgetting seafood dishes and homemade desserts. A lot of local wines by the rolling hills of our city and Italian classics, craft and classic beers to savor the etruscan hinterland soul. A unique tuscany experience. The chef "Checco" always careful to research the most suitable product, fresh and quality, attentive to detail and for a dynamic kitchen. A rustic, very youthful and cheerful place. A team of culinary experience and quality that has acquired, in years of work, the ability to deal with an increasingly attentive to the quality and price. Our restaurant will be your home.
