Nice ice cream and is very popular in a small square in the old part of Pisa just over the river from the high street.

Not know where to start with choosing flavours, when we asked for recommendations of ice-cream flavours, staff told us to try their ricotta and olive flavoured ice-cream. At first we were a little sceptical but after being given a sample to try before we bought, our venture into foreign ice-cream territory paid off! We did not find a better ice cream from Pisa to Rome in 15 days. The flavours were natural and true. The ice cream was smooth not crystallised. The array of flavours was astounding. It's not wonder these people are champions - the lemon and strawberry were astonishing.

Not the best ice cream what I've ever eaten, but so good and tasty. On the place missing the English name of flavours and the Staff was really impatient without smile. Best ice cream in Pisa thats true!

It was good, but I've had better in London, so if I had more time (and I didn't mind getting fat), I'd go try some different places.

If you want proper freshly made gelato, with amazing texture and typical plus unusual flavours then this is the place for you. Prices are also on par with everything else.
