Recommended by our hotel. Sat in an outdoor covered area, very welcome as temperatures in high 20's in the evening. Fresh fish dishes were wonderful and the portion size is generous - be prepared if you order a primo piatto and a secondo! Definitely recommended.

The menu is marked for gluten dairy and egg sensitivity, so it's easy to choose without consultation (so much nicer and less stressful). The food is simply sensational: easily as good as a Michelin starred restaurant, and in some cases way better (are you listening, The Hand and Flowers in Marlow, Bucks?). Really couldn't fault a single thing. We shared... More

Tucked away in an unlikely alleyway, we were so pleased we found it, after reading fellow Tripadvisor afficianados. Nothing flashy but beautifully understated. The service was unhurried but perfectly acceptable. The food was stunning! My wife had the tuna tartar to start with and I had chilli octopus. She then had the monk fish pasta and I had tuna with... Pyszne!!nic dodać nic ująć We went to this ristorante by this App and I honestly can say that it was the best choice for the dinner in Pisa. Meals were absolutly tasty and worth their prices. Kind crew and nice place. Only minus was the menu which wasn't so readable and can causes some misunderstandings. Except that fact it's really... More

Tucked away near Hotel Bologna. Tagliatelle with monk fish and onion was beautifully cooked. The seafood tempura was also good. Reasonable priced. Nice atmosphere

Had the steak and duck and it was delicious. The service was great, Peppe and Monica helped us and guided us through the extensive wine list. We did not have a reservation and they were so kind to take us. The best food in Pisa!

we visited on a busy Saturday evening. The food was excellent and the service good if a little slow. It was busy and we felt a bit of the stress of the staff, but it was still an excellent meal. We had oysters, tartare de tuna, pasta with truffles. The wine was also great, an unfiltered white that was bio.

The food here was imaginative and beautifully presented. To start I had brie topped with figs, wrapped around some ham and for main course, I had sea bream which was topped with potato slices layered to resemble scales. The highlight was the side order, not on the menu, but on for the day we visited: assorted tomatoes from the proprietor's... More

Just had dinner here after reading good reviews on trip advisor. The food was amazing, I had swordfish rolls for starters which was so tasty, sufficient amount for a starter. My husband and I both had fillet of beef with caramelised onions. This was delicious, again so tasty, no fat, so tender and the onions were delicious. We had a... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here. It was not hurried. The meals were beautifully presented. The service was not fawning. I was very relaxed with one exception, the mosquitos. These flying annoyances were as hungry as I was. Their main course was my ankles. Nevertheless, This diner walked away very satisfied.

Description
We mainly offer our guests a typical maritime cuisine, combining tradition and innovation, but never altering our first choice and extremely fresh ingredients.
Our main concern is to offer an excellent selection of local meat and cheese paired with a rich wine list (more than 700 varieties) mostly composed by organic, biodynamic, naturally made wines with no chemicals. Not to mention the spirits and liqueurs menu (more than 250 varieties) and a pictured dessert menu daily offering a choice of 15 desserts or more, all beautifully served by the art of food presentation.

The availability of the room is about 45-50 people in one room fully accessible to wheelchair users. In summer places increase to about 65 because you can dine outdoors in the beautiful square in front of the room (square of the Ancient Maritime Republics baptized by the municipality at the request of Beppe) lit by torches and candles.
