Dear Vladv599, After reading your review i think you have not been in this restaurant at all. You didn't mention a single dish in our menu in your review, you have probably been in another restaurant, certainly not here.

Beautiful, family owned restaurant with delicious homemade food. House specialty is steak a la Fiorentina but also has vegetarian options. Easy to park. Great service.

Description
Antica Locanda Di Sesto is a restaurant located on the right side of the Serchio River,in the outskirts of Lucca. The Building dates back to the 1368, as the marble stone in front of the restaurant says, a period when the local merchants started to build their own country estates, used to relax and chill out in the summer but also to gain business profits. From the XIV Century the village of Sesto was property of the "De Nobili" Family and they had, according to various rumors, 101 farmers working only for them in the village. It is thanks to this powerful family that the "Locanda" was built, and even now you can see the remains of the old building inside the restaurant. *We now offer a free shuttle service from Lucca town centre*
