I visited it twice, it left me pleasantly surprised. From the outside, the place may seem modest, but once inside you discover an environment divided over two floors, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast is well assorted with a variety of croissants that satisfy all tastes. I opted for a pistachio Parisian and a coffee, my wife a custard croissant and a cappuccino.
The pastry department offers quality products, with medium-high prices that reflect the attention and care in preparation.
The staff is extremely kind and attentive.
I highly recommend this pastry bar to anyone looking for a welcoming place for a quality breakfast or a moment of relaxation.

The Sacher torte here does not taste like the Viennese original that I love; it's even better. The server went out of his way to be helpful. The ambience is airy and modern. It's slightly off the historic centre of the city but is well worth a visit. It's a nice place for a date, even for people like us who have long been married.

Pastry shop or boutique or jewelery shop?
Very elegant environment. Small tables without mandatory table service.
Very attentive service.
Beautiful location.
Good desserts.
Especially the breakfast ones. Excess sugar in the mignon.
Disproportionate prices.
Elegant clientele never overcrowded.

Ordered dessert on behalf of foreign customers who were celebrating an important birthday in Florence. A particular shape of dessert was agreed upon and when I picked it up there was something completely different in the box! So to make up for their mistake I changed it to a cake they had ready and they just had to redo the nameplate with the writing. Upon delivery, I realized that they had gotten the name of the birthday girl wrong and, moreover, the nameplate on the cake was horrible and covered the whole cake like a big omelette thrown there. An unacceptable lack of professionalism.

I had an after hours lunch with my daughter and sister. We were told that after 3:00 PM there is no longer service at the table, so when I reached out for a napkin the waitress literally yelled at me. More than embarrassing, it was a complete lack of respect for the client. I’m not going back.

Place looks stylish, pastry looks great. But, staff is arrogant and trying to ignore you, they even don’t say hello or goodbye. Coffee is definitely good, pastry very average. Because of the staff this was my first and last visit to this restaurant.

Positioned in a sizable two-story space along the Amo Bottega di Pasticceria has both parking and seating uncommonly seen at Italian Pastry shops, the package as a whole quite impressive and matched by elegant traditional cakes as well as Viennoiserie.
One of two shops owned locally by Simone Bartolini, once manager of The Uffizi Gallery Cafe, it is inside that guests will find savories as well as sweets matched to Coffee or Wine, everything carefully crafted such that Pistachio Cornetti shatter to the tooth while Nutella Brioche is soft and springy.
Offering both traditional and filled Sfogliatelle, not on par with Naples but nonetheless enjoyable, Torta di Riso fares well thanks to a delicate shell while a Ricotta Tart likens Basque Cheesecake thanks to a bit of char.

We only went for cofee and paistreis. We found a pistachio filled croissant that melted in our mouth. And the coffee was right on point.

We visited this place after terrible experience in Bologna and it was very nice. THe staff was friendly and they divided one portion of menu on two plates, no problem. Coffee was delicious and small sweet cake were amazing. We visited this place twice and we were alwazs satisfied. Also prices are very fine.

We just had cappuccinos and croissants and were pretty good. What i find difficult to understand is why they give a mediocre service in a place like this.
The place is nice and in a good location but the staff is really unfriendly. Not a “Hi” neither a “Good bye”. We had to seek for somebody’s attention to order and the place was kind of empty!
We were just looking for a place where to have breakfast sometimes on our days off but we wont return to a place where we felt unwelcome and unwanted

Very nice lunch menu and small desserts. The quality of the food was 10/10 and the sweets were very nice. The service was perfect, the staff explain and made suggestions. Definitely will be back.

I always stop here with my father and usually we take a coffee or tea with some pastries, they’re always good and you always find new things to taste.
The place organizes happy hours every day and they’re available for for lunch and dinner too, non just breakfast and similar.
They’re open all week long but MONDAYS.

We went there for breakfast and the waitress Aurora was very helpful and sweet always smiling she helped us to pick the food we had desserts and sandwiches and it tasted great i highly recommend it they did us as well very nice packages to take away.
