Location and contact

A celebration of Italian cuisine and regional ingredients, Hotel Savoy Irene Bistro, brings to the heart of Florence the authentic dishes of Celebrity Chef Fulvio Pierangelini, Creative Director of Food for Rocco Forte Hotels. Taste truffles in all their heady, perfumed glory, a few miles from where they’ve been foraged. Wind your fork around al dente spaghetti, sublimely tangled with fresh, local tomatoes softened and married with fragrant basil. The Irene’s dining room with his terrace on Piazza della Repubblica reflects the glamorous and inviting style of the Hotel Savoy, and it is the ideal place to refresh and enjoy the typical Florentine atmosphere.

We used to come to this restaurant when it was still called l'Incontro. The place is the same, with different decoration and menu. The food is still great and so is the location. The service is absolutely fabulous ! I'm a bit disappointed because the...More

Out for a solo dinner, great service and really good food. The best was the cocktail that I had asked the barkeeper to imagine based on basil with a vodka base. He named it basilito right after!

Top food, top service, top location. We had a lovely time celebrating our last day in Florence. Appetisers are filling, cocktails refreshing. I recommend sitting inside to enjoy the air conditioning and watching the world go by. Surprisingly good value for money.

Located Piazza Republic and next to the Savoy Hotel, this modern space was a pleasant sanctuary from the crowded streets of Firenze. Club Sandwich and Lasagnette we’re both delicious, service prompt!

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
