We dined here twice on our visit to Florence! Food is fabulous- spinach salad, veal, and cod were all amazing as were the traditional Italian dishes. Great Tiramisu just topped it off! General manager Allisondro and waiter Giovani could not have been more welcoming! We will be back in April and we will be coming here!

Very good florentine steaks (€54 for t-bone). Very different but good caesar salad, too. In a quiet area across the Carraia Bridge, nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Owner Janice Verrecchia is very friendly.

Of course I had the bistecca fiorentina, which you see in their photo above. It was very good, and not every place offers it for one person alone instead of two. First I had a half portion of spaghetti all Sergio, who must be the chef. (That was good of them to do too: I couldn't eat a huge steak... More

Had an absolutely wonderful meal at this restaurant the last week of December. Our family of 9 included my 2 nephews who are 5 and 7 years old. The waiter was very nice and spoke enough English for all of us to be able to communicate our orders and ask questions of some of the specials. I had tagatelli with... More

The service was great and the portions were large. Nice atmosphere and great wine list, we only wish they had wine by the glass. Also, house wine was not listed on the menu, but after we ordered a bottle we noticed other tables had some.

I loved this place - a tad off the beaten path in Florence but still close to all the attractions to walk. They were so patient with our incredibly large group and gaggle of kids. The little old Italian lady that owner the place was there and was cute and sassy and oh-so-kind! Very down home feel but the cheesecake... More

Loved this place. Food was great, restaurant really busy, we were served our food quite quickly. Good wine selection. Gave English menus. Great selection of specials. The meatballs and mash were amazing along with the beef stew with potatoes. Beef was melt in your mouth yummy.

My friends and I had a great dinner at Trattoria Angiolino. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was cozy and fun, the waiters were very good. The white bean and tuna starter was incredible -- a must order. My risotto was wonderful, and the grilled chicken was simple but delightful. Our only regret was that we did not order the... More
