We walked by Angiolino's and are so happy we chose to eat dinner there. I had the octopus which was fresh and delicious. My husband ate the grilled veal which was so tasty we finished it to the bone! I would highly recommend and hope to return.

The stuff are friendly and helpful. Their pork steak is juicy, delicious and surprisingly affordable, so does the boneless chicken chop. Try their tomatoes soup as well! However, the pasta is only average. To sum up, this is a recommended restaurant in Florence where you can take a stroll near the bridge, enjoying the night scene after dinner!

One of the wonderful aspects of culinary experiences in Europe is that many local eateries are intimate and small. Angiolino serves good regional Tuscan dishes with great service of attentive and easy-going staff. They made us feel welcomed. Order Bistecca Fiorentina and you won't disappoint. The 3 inche thick T-bone is seared for a few minutes and that's what you... More

my wife and I along with 3 grandkids (ages 11-14) were in Florence for 4 days last month (June 2016) and on the advice of our transport driver went to Ristorante Angiolino for dinner. The recommendation was spot on. The food, the service, the atmosphere were all first rate. In fact our grandkids insisted we eat there again on our... More

A local recommended us this restaurant and we booked online. Although we were the first few tables to dine in for dinner, the restaurant filled up pretty fast with both locals and tourist. It was about 4 waiters serving all tables, so sometimes you may not get the instant attention you want, but be patient. Once ordered, the food is... More

We got to Angiolini late-ish on a Sunday evening post theatre and found it still well populated and buzzing. The maitre d' found us a table and proved to be very helpful, chatty (putting up with my halting Italian despite his much better English) and generally made us feel very welcome. The food was very good despite my managing to... More

We didn't order a table, just walked in, so we got a table in front of the bar, which was just okay. The waiter seemed very busy and didn't even smile once which I think is quite rude for a fancy restaurant like this is. When you greet your customers with a smile you make them feel more welcome. We... More

Eggplant parmigiana starter was fabulous. Risotto was good and veal Milanese was just OK. Romantic and quaint. Prompt service.

We went to this restaurant in March and came out feeling ripped off and cheated. We ate 2 appetizers (tuna and flan) which we could not even finish. The tuna was straight out of a can, had no flavour and mushy white beans. The flan had a small pear piece with it and it did not go well together. I... More

I was disappointed by the food me and partner had it was bland and the service very rushed. On a positive the decor in the restaurant is very authentic, rural tuscany which is what attracted us in the first place.
