A few years ago I lived near this restaurant and always wanted to visit, but never had the opportunity. So, I was really pleased when I recently had the chance to dine here. Well, it was the worth the wait. Simply wow!!! The food, wine, hospitality and everything else here are outstanding. So much so, whilst visiting another restaurant in... More

Decor from the 1950's. Please write your menu, not hard to do, a verbal list cannot be remembered, we came to enjoy not to feel back at school. Food 4 out of ten and to many extras that were not wanted. Wine waiter very good. Would only return for the wine.

Honesty if you are a tourist ... go for the pizza shop on the opposite . Once u go in a lady will describe the long menu for u and in the end u wont remember the first one . Everything about the food sucked except for the dessert ! Take my advice ... skip it . Its about 80... More

From the overpriced, bland dishes to the pompousness of the owner flitting around the dining room, this much looked forward to dining experience was a bust. We went in with high hopes and a huge appetite for good Tuscan food and wine. We left feeling cheated. The food was incredibly overpriced for what it was and we don't mind paying... More

Unique Tuscan food with a focus on soups and stews ... really enjoyed this after having our fill of florentine steaks and pasta ... stuff I'd not eaten before like tripe, yogurt in turmeric and olive oil, raw pork sausage ..everything was delicious Space is old world and service very friendly

As always before writing a review, I read the reviews of Cibreo on this site, especially the ones marked Terrible. I cannot for the life of me understand what they are talking about and can only conclude that they, in fact, don't know what they are talking about. In a world filled with banal restaurants, Cibreo is a refreshing original... More

We stopped in after shopping at the fresh market for lunch. We ordered the mixed antipasti. There were 10 different dishes. Several gelatins, one of greek yogurt with lemon flavoring and rosemary. A second of tomato and Italian spices (basil, oregano, etc). Also in the selection were liver pate, a savory cheese "cake", pickled vegetables, proscutto, salami, carrots with onions... More

Having someone sit down beside you in order to describe the menu in parrot fashion is pretentious beyond belief! Just print some decent menus and then we can ask questions if we need to. By the time she had got to the end of her recitation, we had forgotten what she had started with - not the ideal way to... More

We chose this restaurant for my wife's birthday and were very happy we did. The food and service were both outstanding. The quaint entrance gives a more Old World impression, however the decor and ambiance was a step above the other restaurants we dined at in Italy - Cibreo has a contemporary elegance with a soul. We were charmed by... More

Had a warm and attentive meal at this fantastic restaurant. Excellent and broad selection of courses from the region which we greatly enjoyed and the service and company was perfect. A truly memorable evening.
