Menu is planned according to the nutritional requirement. As they quote Healthy food does not taste good and those which are tasty are not healthy-suites well for this vegan style. Some were very good and some were very bland. But worth a try .Staff were very kind enough to explain and guide us in selecting the menu .

I visited Florence earlier last month for 4 days. I just happened to stumble upon this restaurant because it was located near where I was staying. As an astrology loving vegan, I just had to go in and what a treasure I had found! The atmosphere of the restaurant was charming and the server (Antoine) was incredibly friendly, attentive, and... This was our first vegan meal at a restaurant, and recommended by the owner of the apartment we rented in Via San Zanobi. It was fabulous, we've never eaten anything quite like it, including in several Michelin starred restaurants all the more impressive as my husband is a committed meat eater. Yes more expensive than a lot of restaurants but... More

As vegans at home and vegetarians on the road, we always try to seek out restaurants that emphasize this way of eating if at all possible. Sometimes we have interesting adventures such as our visit to Le Fate. The specialties of the house feature main courses devoted to the different astrological signs. The platters are interesting and tasty. The owner,... More

My girlfriend and I were there few months ago. The food, overall, was ok. We really liked the dishes they brought to us. Actually, I wouldn't say the dishes we have ordered because they totally messed up our order and, just to avoid complications, we accepted the ones they brought to us. Prices were absolutely high and we expected at... More

I ate an excellent meal tonight at Le Fate, the 'Fish' dish - fish not being an animal but a sign in astrology (they have 12 dishes with the names of the 12 signs of the zodiac). An assorti of sushi, a soup with ravioli, and a green salad with apple. Very nice, but pretty highly priced for 25 euros.... More

Le Fate is something of an oddity of a restaurant - all main courses are themed by astrological signs, although with no obvious logic. The food is interesting, but not worth €25 - more like €15-17 at a push. After a lengthy wait my wife's dish was only lukewarm, presumably because it was prepared in advance of mine, but she... I had both lunch and dinner here. The food was good, and the servings generous. However, it was a bit pricey (especially at dinner). I guess you pay for an "imaginative" menu, though the food itself was just OK.

We had a nice dinner at Le Fate during our stay in Florence. The server was very helpful in translating all the dishes into English for us. There are 12 menu items based on signs of the zodiac, as well as other 'small plate' entrees. We each had a small plate pasta dish to save room for dessert. We had... More

We really appreciated the quality of food as well as the concept and the "aesthetic" of the dish. The cons were the high price and the fact that they brought us the wrong menu...we realized it only towards the end of our dinner, overhearing other clients complaining about the same mistake. While clearing the bill, we pointed out that our... More
