The staff are always very nice and helpful but know how to remain discrete. For lunch the chef has very nice ideas and sometimes some dishes go to quickly. The decor is warm and they play very nice music. For 1 euro their aperitivo is one of the best values I have found in town. I highly recommend it:

Our airbnb host recommended this place as a local favourite and it didn't disappoint. Apertivo starts at 7pm and ends at 10pm. You pay a little more for your drink but it's worth it since you get to eat snacks for free! This place was full of locals and we knew the food would be great. We ordered two Aperol... More

I stopped here based on a recommendation from my cousin. I am happy I did. I could not read the menu and tried to google a translation. I gave up and let my server choose for me. He did well. The meal was satisfying and delicious.

Just stumbled across this restaurant as it was just around the corner from our apartment. We had coffee, mineral water, 2 glasses of superb wine and 2 bowls of pasta. My wife commented "that was the best marinara in the world! All this for €25. But they only take cash!

with 9 euro you can have somehow of a complete meal: i had some very slick potatoes, a russian salad and 4 -4!- fried mozzarellas. Being Italian I never heard any of those recepits so maybe the menu should be less intern-friendly but the place is cool, the barboys extremely nice , the locations very central and probably the only... Everything is expensive in Florence. We were happy to find this great little spot just around the corner from our flat. My wife had grilled salmon which was very good and I enjoyed a pomodori pasta dish that was nice... And not expensive. The inside is small but there is outdoor dining available. Worth stopping in if you're nearby.
