During our vacation in Florence, we stayed at nearby Hotel Degli Orafi which is half a block from this low key restaurant. Pasta was amazingly good, price is moderate. We returned to this restaurant a second time during our stay.

They made a little mistake on my order but I didn't even mentioned it because the staff was nice and the dish was actually good! If the weather is cold, you'd better choose a table in the second room which is warmer.

Had a quick bite here before visiting the Uffizi Gallery. Food was good and so was the service. Small out of the way place with one table for outside dining.

So our main choice for the day and our second anniversary was closed. This was one city I didn't have a fallback option planned. So we wondered a bit and looked for something that struck our fancy. After quite a bit of searching we happened upon this location. We saw the menu and decided to settle in. We had fantastic... More

We had a table for 8 and got a seat with no issue as we came in slightly before 12pm. Our local guide recommended this place to us and the sliced beef (cooked a little rare) with potatoes was excellent. The beef melted in our mouths. The seafood pasta was also executed very well, although the mussels were a little... More

This is a non-pretentious, well staffed, restaurant near the Ponte Vecchio. We started with a meat and cheese board that was a little disappointing. I had the gnocchi which was very good and my wife had the Pizza Margehrita which she thought wasn't as good as some she had earlier, but was still very nice. I had one slice which... More

Just walked in from the street. They solved a table for us quickly even though they had no avaiable seats for us. Great starters, house wine was amzing. My pizza was ok. Other in company choose a linguine dish that they loved. Great atmosphere.

It's October 20th in Florence and there's light rain. It's chilly outside and not much warmer inside. Firstly, let me say that the food was good. However, why won't the staff a.) close the door (draughty) and b.) let us sit in the warmer and largely empty part of the restaurant (still empty as I'm writing this, drinking my coffee...).... A very short walk from the Ponte Vecchio, we found this great place on our first night in Florence. Very casual and comfortable, inside or outside you can not go wrong. Dishes were well prepared and the desserts were to die for.

Lovely lunch reasonably priced in gorgeous surroundings on cobbled street in heart of Florence. Both my husband and I had the wild boar pasta and it was superb, with of course the customary bread and oil and a bottle of icy vermentino wine. A delicious lunch served by a lovely waitress in a great setting on a sunny day. Couldn't... More

In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries.
