We almost missed it as it is very small. It would have been our loss. The service was outstanding, the waiter was very cordial, telling about the wine which was quite good, a Chianti Classico. We shared a bowl of the ribollati that was absolutely delicious. We each had the spinach ravioli with truffle cream sauce, also quite good.

We saw the reviews on tripadvisor for this little place. The owner/waiter was very knowledgable regarding the wine and food, explained where the local wine had come from etc. we had a starter which was goats cheese and truffles, it was delicious. The mains were quite expensive, we didn't have one but if the starter was anything to go by... More

Chose this restaurant based on TA reviews. We were not disappointed. A tiny cosy place by many standards. Service was excellent and everything produced locally, including the lager and the red wine. Not an extensive menu but most tastes catered for and the food was delicious.

My mum and I came here for dinner our first night in Florence as our Airbnb was very close. It is a lovely cosy spot, ideal for the rainy night we were there. The food and wine were outstanding. We know Florence really well and were keen to try a new restaurant other than our usual favourites- the menu is... More

The name is a bit unusual, it's tiny and it looks unusual from the outside - but you really should try this place. The service is good, friendly and charming. We had a good time. The food was excellent- particularly if you like truffles like we do. We had the risotto and ravioli both with truffles - excellent! Everything about... More

Great little restaurant (probably seats max 10 people) - we spent some time working out how we were going to shimmy past the other tables to get out - solved that problem by having another glass of wine! I had typical tuscan fare (so i was told) - vegetable soup, which was a thick stew, followed by Tuscan pork with... More

The restaurant is very small and only serves about 5, 2 person tables. Although small it is an very romantic environment with good music and lit by candle light. The part that we found to be exceptional was the service. There was only a single gentleman serving but his knowledge of the food/wine, its historical origins, and preparation technique were... Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.
