I was in Forno de' Ghiotti Last Friday for the Pizza Hour Night. It was great 5 € 1 drink and pizza all you can eat. There are 10 seats. The owner was very kind. I hope to come back again. Grazie Davide.

Perfect pizza. Cheap. Like 11.50 for 4 pizza and a beer. You will never find better in Florence for this price. Unless you eat at the Carrefour. Pizza is awesome. Wish I could have found this place 1st day!

We stumbled upon this restaurant and tried paninis for lunch- which I have to say were just average, nothing special. The Prosciutto was wonderful, though. Anyway, reading these reviews make me really wish we had just gotten pizza!! We had just eaten so much pizza already in Tuscany, though. The reviews are just wonderful for pizza. My kids did get... The Friday night pizza deal is exceptional, with €5 buying a drink and unlimited pizza. However that's not to say you shouldn't go here on other days as the pizza is always fresh, well priced and delicious

Went on a Friday night where for 5 euro you get all you can eat pizza plus a drink. Pizza was delicious! Got to try different flavours and it didn't break the bank. Owner is lovely. Had a pastry for dessert and he gave us a free one! Highlight of our trip to florence!

A menu with a drink (pint or coca or...) with open pizza every Friday night. A menu at 5€ with two slices of pizza and a can. Good pizzas, very welcoming owner! The place to be for students looking for good food at a good price!

Staying in Duomo

Neighborhood Profile
Duomo
Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city. The historic center is characterized by the immensity of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city as it was in ancient times, with maids walking in the main square and horses carrying coaches. Nowadays, roads are busy with street artists. Rustic Tuscan bakeries give way to fashion shops; just stop for a few minutes in the middle of Piazza della Repubblica to enjoy the colors and sweet melody of the carousel that will bring back great memories from anyone’s childhood.
