What is not to like about this place. Everyone in my family loved going here. We visited Florence on vacation and liked this place so much we came back to it a couple of times. They provide you with a great sampling of high quality cured heaven and tasty cheeses. The accompaniment of truffle cream bruschetta, egg plant, and tapenade... More

La Prosciutteria is excellent! I had the meats, fruits and vegetables dish and a glass of red wine. It is more than enough for one person. This place is quite small and no waiting service but the prices are very reasonable. Very good quality food and wine. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Florence!

WOW, you must visit this place when you are in Florence. The menu and staff are fantastic. We ate inside and not on the street and this was perfect. The food was fantastic and the service even better. Please try the famous Cheesecake, its not a sales pitch from the staff when they say its the best you would ever... More

It's really difficult to find a seat there because it's always so crowded! We had at last the chance during a late Sunday night and we were glad about it! Excellent food, and huge portions, at reasonable prices! To try :)

While everyone else is lining up at the panini shop down the street, walk a few shops down and have what I think is even better of a sandwich. This shop is on the street where I live, which really should be called via dei panino because of the number of panini shops. And I've tried them all. La Prosciutteria... More

For the ones who like to eat well, drink well and have no problem about small (but comfy) places. Such a nice spot.
