We came to this restaurant for a casual dinner, as we have been here last year and had an excellent experience. As we walk in through the door, the host immediately recognized us and greeted us with excitement. We order seafood linguini and I can truly say that they were beyond amazing! Best we had in Italy! After we ordered... More

Arrived on Easter evening and most had eaten lunch as their meal that day, so this intimate restaurant wasn't crowded.we were greeted so warmly and shown to our table. The food was some of the best of my two week trip to Italy; the walnut ravioli was so good, I could have had it twice. And the wait staff was superb... More

Il Barretto appeared to be normal and ready for business when we walked by earlier on the day of our reservation. It's hard to eat closed for dinner. We... More

The food was wonderful, as was the service. It was our last night in Italy, and expectations were high. Loved it, is all I can say.

This place had a great menu of traditional Italian cuisine. Sometimes simple is simply better! I had pasta in a red sauce and a berry tart for the dessert. My friend loved his meal, though he was disappointed by the crème brûlée which was a little undercooked and bland. The atmosphere was really lovely because they had a guy playing... More

Not over priced, excellent menu and food and gracious, informal and attentive service. We endorse this restaurant's reputation for its outstanding sea food.
