Please take this review and rating with a grain of salt. This is a quaint little place, it is clean and if you can get one of the two tables against the window, the view is fantastic. The two ladies working it are polite and friendly and the service was prompt. Now for the rest of the story. What I... More

Il Ristoro dei Perditempo was truly wonderful. We stumbled upon it while looking for dinner, and be happier with our random find. It looks out to a wonderful River view, and the prices are completely reasonable. The homemade pasta is marvelous, and the waitress so kind. The setting is stunning - quaint, simple, and yet modern. I would highly recommend... More

Upon entering the restaurant, you will find 3 microwave oven on the left, which will work at the maximum capacity to serve all types of food. The food was not even hot, not fresh and quite expensive for this quality. Strongly recommend to find another one.

Originally stopped for a quick beer/coffee after a long day sightseeing. Loved it - nice and cool inside, very friendly people, nice atmosphere, overlooked the ponte v bridge. Stayed longer and intend going back for a meal later this week. Food looks terrific!

Stopped in for a drink then on reviewing the menu decided to stay for dinner. The food was good, home style Florentine cuisine. The restaurant is modernly rustic and overlooks the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio. Good friendly service and honestly priced menu. Waitress did not draw our attention to specials of the day, may have been an oversight based... More

Great location overlooking the river and old bridge this small family run traditional honest restaurant. Menu is limited which suggests fresh homemade. Food was good service attentive. Great views over the river where two tables look out. Non pretentious and recommend. They need a 2nd and more powerful air con unit for hot days!!

We found this restaurant during an evening walk and it has a lovely view of the bridge and the food was really tasty. The service and price was excellent. The seats by the window were great.

We visited this place for lunch and had a really nice time. We both had a pasta dish, I had the pappardelle with wild boar, which was ever so tasty, and my boyfriend had potato stuffed ravioli with ragu. Very reasonably priced and fresh ingredients!

First day in Florence, we went wondering over the other side of the river (our hotel told us less tourists would be there), it was beautiful and peaceful. Then we found this hidden gem, 48R Il Ristoro, hidden between elegant Michelin star restaurants. One man was the usher, waiter, chef and bar staff. Amazing! and the view was on point... More

A small restaurant with lovely local delicacies. Only a few tables overlooking the river and well worth a visit.

Neighborhood Profile
Pitti
Pitti is a neighborhood characterized by art and history. Renaissance architecture such as Pitti Palace, which houses five museums alone, introduces visitors to the green lungs of spectacular Boboli Gardens. Any visitor can wander through statues, fountains, and panoramic viewpoints. Around the garden, treasures like the Museum of Natural History of the Specola and Villa Bardini guide guests through Florence as the cradle of the Renaissance. End the day with an aperitif in Piazza della Passera or the more romantic Forte di Belvedere, which offers an amazing panoramic view of the entire city.
