My only issue with the restaurant was that I could not decide what to order from the menu and that I could only return twice during my stay to sample more of their food.
All our orders were extremely delicious and perfecty met our expectations....Very friendly owner offered us a shot of grappa to celebrate slow retrun of tourists in the city.More
After being several times at Florence I just found this hidden treasure of an Italian Hostaria on my last visit to the city. I went there for a full-course dinner with my work colleague and we had such a great time after a busy day...of work. We really appreciated the nice service and the atmosphere. I was very happy as most of the food on the menu is actually gluten-free or can be served as an gluten-free option. (side-info: this restaurant has a gluten-free approved kitchen!)More
This is my 2nd visit here and I would recommend it as one of the most friendly restaurants in Florence. We had come to celebrate my daughtes birthday, this time. We chose to have the Bistecca Fiorenta. This was beautifully cooked and was such a...big portion. They even made a special panna cotta birthday dessert for my daughter and sung happy birthday. We especially enjoyed the magic tricks!
The cheesecake was sublime, and the Chianti fantastic. Great value for moneyMore
By far the best restaurant In Italy! The food, the waiters and the atmosphere! I highly recommend it. I tried a lot of their dishes! The octopus with mashed potatoes was THE BEST!!! The spinach dish; yummy! And not to mention the best waiter Genci...who put on a “show”. He showed us the wine tricks that were unbelievable. If you have a chance go check it out!!More
Barely a handful of minutes from the Ponte Vecchio, slip down a side street where the crowds disappear and enjoy a great meal. We had a florentine steak (because you have to, at least once), and it's marshmallow tenderness was everything a great steak should...be. Wine recommendation was spot on. Staff made every effort to ensure we enjoyed the food.More
I’ve been in Venice, Bologna, Milan and Florence and this restaurant has a dedicated 8 page Gluten Free menu with significant offerings including pasta, and desserts all of which is absolutely beautiful. The best GF food so far! Great and friendly service too. Whilst I...was there 5 tables filled around us and st least 1 person at each table had a GF person. All impressed with the offering.More
