Hyvä paikallinen trattoria, jonka isäntä kruunaa kokonaisuuden. Good local trattoria, with a patrone who makes the experience perfect.

This place was awesome! The food was Devine and scrumptious! The service even better by the owner and family, the wife is the cook and like I said before the food was DELICIOUS, the husband is the waiter! And then there’s another family member that...helps out and she’s awesome!my husband and I showed up around 9ish the sat us down and from there we were in Heaven! House wine is Sangiovese which is my fav so this dinner turned out to be great....HIGHLY recommend this restaurant, it’s not expensive but it should be with the quality of food that comes out of the kitchen! Loved it!More

We ate here late one night in 2017, and we're back in Florence again in 2019. We had a really lovely meal with superb service. It was a mix of locals and tourists and a good atmosphere. This is a tru family business and the...meals are made with care and attention. Would recommend anyone to go and eat there.More

I never write reviews, but after several outright bad meals, and numerous pretentious restaurant encounters in Florence, I had to write one for this Trattoria we stumbled upon. It’s a typical mom and pop shop with the best pasta I’ve had outside of Bologna. It...was a breath of fresh air in the Florence tourist trap. Ya, they can’t name the cow your steak came from, but If you like good food for a good price this is your place.More

An unpretentious restaurant operated for many years by husband and wife (she the cook) that offers some excellent fare at extraordinarily reasonable prices. The pastas are fresh, and the ribollita toscana is the best of the hundred or so that I must have tried in...the last decade. It is a meal by itself. The fig tarte for dessert is equally special. The house wine is a bit dicey, but the wines by the glass are very good, and the choices are wide.More

Second time we’ve eaten there over the times we’ve been in Firenze, it is a small place about 35 Seats. Large deli case at the entrance. Typical Tuscan fare, pastas, beef, tripe, sausages, etc. had ewe ricotta with honey and walnut. Oh my...pasta with pumpkin...cream sauce. Sausages within beans , a bottle of house wine and lemonchello. Good meal, placed was packed, so you just have to roll with it. Worth a visit.More

Went las night to Trattoria da Ginone with very high expectations...what a shame. The service was ok, until I told one of the owners that I found a kind of hair in my plate; then he started to act SUPER nice, by the way thank...you for the 2 euros discount but that didn’t made me feel less disgusted. Food wasn’t amazing as I read on the reviews, regular pasta with tons of garlic but completely bland. It’s really not worst it.More

This was our second visit to this little trattoria. It’s not a pizza or pasta type place, but focusses more on a typical regional menu. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. The house wine was a well priced, light and fruity Sangiovese...and there were many other options. Desert of chocolate cake was so good, we ordered a second. Several other customers were obviously regulars which is a great sign. Would definitely recommend!More

The owner is everything! Almost choosing for us the typical Tuscany food and wine... The quality is not the best but was enjoyable.
