We booked a table for Oct. 14 at 8 p.m. on The Fork app as we often do. We were right on time but were confronted by a lady sitting at her computer who was extremely rude. This was compounded when we were told very...brusquely that there was no reduction on the menu (which we knew from the app. and from past experience--it is standard). We have never encountered such rudeness in Italy. We walked off after telling the lady that she had been very unpleasant. To cover her traces she told The Fork the restaurant could not accept our reservation at 20:08 as the fork emailed us saying they were looking into it. By the way the restaurant was half empty.More

It is open whole day, which is great. Menu choice is fairly large, all directions, pleasantly decorated with wein bottles all over... Wein prices, however, are too high, higher than in Switzerland. Especially weins from Toscana, which is crazy.

We stayed at the hotel next door and wouldn’t normally eat close by but this restaurant caught our eye. We were not disappointed. Great food, amazing service, attentive staff. What more could you ask for. Totally recommend.More

Lovely steak and a warm welcome is pretty much how I would sum this place up. The steak with truffles was cooked perfectly. We had great advice on the food and all the staff were lovely. I would definitely go back. A mix of locals...and tourists.More
