A "proper" restaurant not a tourist trap, something we found hard to find in Florence. There were things on my plate I have no idea how to make and lots of interesting flavours. A lovely relaxed setting and all for a very reasonable price!

The service is very friendly and they take very good care of their guests. The atmosphere is very nice and give the restaurant a personal note, like in a private living room. The food is amazing. Very fresh, perfect quality and absolutely tasty. Don't miss out to eat there, it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been!

Perfect atmosphere and really good service. Perfect for couples and small groups. I had the beef fillet and my gf had the chick pea burger and we were both blown away of the quality of our meal. For me this was the best steak after three weeks in France/Italy.

I went here with my girlfriend after we had had a number of bad experiences in Florence. It was amazing. The atmosphere is great, you get the sense you have been seated in someone's nicely decorated living room giving an ambience of intimacy and familiarity. The reception and service is very friendly, the staff seems genuinely happy to have you... More

I truly enjoyed our dinner here. The best food I've had while staying in Florence. Service was friendly and they truly tried to create a good experience. Wine was really good. I had a vegetable burger with peas and chickpeas which was delicious. They put real effort into making up the plate. Definitely would recommend you try this restaurant!

That restaurant was really different from all others in Rome and Florence, it had italian flavor with very modern touch. All our dishes were more than perfect.

What a great dining experience! We came in relatively early because we were still fighting jet lag. No matter, The staff at Cuculia are friendly and attentive. They're happy to explain the dishes, their menu changes monthly as they only use fresh ingredients in season. Vegetarians will be very happy with the choices as was our group of four meat... More

We have recently bought an apartment in the same street so having read the reviews we booked via Tripadvisor. We are spilt for good restaurants in this part of the Oltrano district but Cuculia is refreshingly different with an imaginative menu which changes regularly. I had the sea bass which was excellent and my wife started with a tomato, mango,... More

I recently ate here with my immediate family, and my mouth was bombarded with several different and unique but delectable flavours. Personally, I am not a super adventurous eater so certain things were a bit much but for a seasoned pallet it would be superb. Very friendly and knowledgeable servers aswell as nice scenery within the restaurant. There is an... More
