This place was about a tenth of a mile from our Airbnb rental. Wow! What luck! This was our best meal in Florence. Not only delicious, but presentation was on point! Would highly recommend. I had an eggplant Parmesan of sorts--so creatively done and so unexpected. My husband had a mushroom and pasta dish that was also beyond expectation. My... More

This was our first time in Florence and others 'in the know' had recommended several restaurants to try, yet had failed to mention Cuculia! We found it quite by chance when we walked past and saw the menu outside. This was by far the very best meal that we had in our 15 days in Italy. The menu was refreshingly... More

We did not know what to expect when we came to eat at Cuculia (it had been recommended by friends) and were simply blown away by easily our best meal during our 2 week stay in Italy. The food is original, creative, incredibly and expertly flavoured and nothing like the standard pasta/pizza offering of most restaurants within the tourist areas... More

We were in Florence with friends and ate here. It is a lovely space to spend some time in - very attractive decor. Friendly, helpful service. Delicious food beautifully presented. Each dish was a work of art. Highly recommended.

Was looking for a restaurant which offers some vegetarian choises and isn't your typical italian pizza-place. It's a stylish restaurant with an artsy flair. The wine was really good (for an open wine), the food was creative and tasty. Although the portions were fashionably small. But you get a daily changing soup for free on top and we also got... More

Really creative, stunning dishes in a friendly restaurant. Great vegetarian food, beautifully presented. It wasn't the cheapest meal but great value and worth every cent.

Dinner at Cuculia is a perfect romantic experience with lovely interiors and good creative food. The wood salad was light & refreshing and big enough to be shared by two. My daisy pasta and hubby's green tagliatelle both were tasty and ample. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. And they give a lovely complimentary amuse Bouche.... More

This place is worth a visit, and taste as many of their dishes as possible. Everything tastes great and the creativity in their cooking is brilliant . One little minus, they could have been a bit quicker with serving and given us a little more attention, but thats forgiven when they serve such delicious and good food 👍👍

For those who want to avoid the touristic traps in the center, we strongly recommend to try the restaurant Cuculia, on the Ceragli street near the Carrai bridge. We tried it on our way back to our apartment, and it was so good that we ate there two days in a row! The food is amazing and creative, very different... More
