This was our gelato stop our first night in Florence. It is on the other side of the river (the side with the Pitti Palace). We had done a self-guided walking tour and were thrilled when we realized that this popular gelato spot was actually right on our walking tour, which ended at the bridge (the gelateria is right next... Best ice cream in Florence. Don't get sacked into those most expensive spots right by the ponte vechio, this place has the best flavours. Secret tip, you don't need to order a big expensive gelato to get loads of ice cream. We found that even if you order the cheapest they heap it on. Brilliant.

Excellent ice cream with a lot of flavors, and cheap price. The staff is welcoming and helps you choose the flavors that go together if you ask.

We queued for, what turned out the be, the biggest ice creams ever after the large queue suggested that Santa Trinita might be a good place for an ice cream - and we weren't disappointed! The flavours were absolutely delicious although I wasn't able to eat it all in time before it melted down my hand as it was so... More

We visited this gelateria 3 times during our short stay in Florence. The queue was long but well worth the wait. The choice of flavours was mind blowing and different to other places that we had visited in other areas. Well worth a visit!

My favorite spot for gelato in Florence. It's right across the santa trinita bridge, so very easy to find. try a few flavors and then order up. It's very fresh and go for 3 scoops. You won't regret it!

Without a doubt the very best ice-creams we had in Tuscany. We were 4 and went there twice ordering different flavor each time, they were all delicious. Unfortunately we didn't find it on our first day in the city!

I chose Gelateria Santa Trinita to provide gelato for guests at my wedding in nearby Grassina. Of course, it was quite difficult getting in touch with and communicating with the owner, because I'm in the US and don't speak Italian, but all in all, I'm so glad I went with them. They offered 4 flavors at an extremely reasonable price... More

This gelateria came recommended by our guide who is a local. I had the fragola (strawberry) which was delicious. The rest of the family tried several favors and they were all a hit. It was pretty reasonable as well. The staff was very friendly and let us try flavors before we had to decide. Highly recommend to anyone in Florence.

Simply incredible gelato. We visited on two occasions as it was just so good. I particularly enjoyed the strawberry one - yum!
