Very friendly saleslady. Even when it was crowded, she took her time to give some explanation about the flavours. Honestly this was a great quality of ice. We can only recommend this place !

I ordered the Carmel and the fondente (dark chocolate) and it was amazing. The prices where perfect and I recommend you stop by if you are by the piazzale Michelangelo
It's a small shop that is full of delicious Gelato. Would highly recommend stopping here before and after the hike up to the piazzale michelangelo. When I stayed in Florence my place was right down the street, so I had to pass by everyday, I...ended up going here 2-3 times per day. There is a large variety of Gelato, I had to try them all but they were all so good I couldn't pick a favorite. My Italian isn't the best but they speak English so there is no language barrier, and they are very nice.More
I attempted to use my Italian phrase book to order my ice cream and the lady spoke English and immediately Explained what I could and could not have with regards to dairy. She was such a delight to speak to and very helpful, she thoroughly...explained what was in all of the ices on offer. Incredibly good value for the centre of Florence at just €3 for two scoops of delicious ice cream. A perfect cooler for the steps ahead to perfect views.More
This is a small shop with a wonderful selection of homemade gelato. The flavors danced on my tongue!
Maybe it was just the fact that I had climbed up the top of the hill and just came down, but I thought the gelato tasted great. It was also inexpensive.
We passed this gelato shop every day as we walked towards city center and stopped OFTEN. I was so excited when I got my first cup, I almost walked out without paying. The ladies in the shop were friendly and helpful...explaining all the flavors and...suggested pairings. My favorite flavor was Nutella and the best pairing, for me, was that with coffee gelato. Banana is awesome, too! It’s not on the beaten path, so if you aren’t staying in the San Niccolò neighborhood, it will be out of your way - but worth it. If you plan to go to Piazzale Michelangelo, you will walk right past it if you plan your route correctly!More
The Fondant flavor was the best dark chocolate ice cream we ever had, coming out of my wife, a Swiss and a chocolate connoisseur, that is a lot
This is one of your better gelato shops in Florence. The special creme is great but really like the pistachio best. A must try when near the area.
The house special cream, blended with sweet wine is an utterly unique and subtle flavour - it's worth the trip just to try it. The pineapple was a beautiful, refreshing complement and I'd recommend them to everyone looking for great gelato in Florence.
Fantastic home made ice cream. Great service. We tried hazelnut, hazelnut/chocolate, nutella, banana, apple pie and "cream of the house" (with mascarpone and sweet wine). Agreed that the hazelnut/chocolate and the banana ice cream were best. However all of them tasted lovely!
Gelato was tasty and price was one of the lowest in Florence. Two balls of ice cream cost 2 euro, 4 - 3 euro.
Best gelato for all Florence 😍 Very nice lady advised homemade natural flavors and it was delicious. Your favorite is peach flavor 🍑
Incredible. Best gelato in Florence. The owner is such a delight and the gelato is amazing! A little out of the way, but so worth it.
Thank you Morgan! See you soon! Best wishes!
This is one of a kind! The icecream on a stick is the tastiest, most frutiest and most refreshing i have ever tasted. We went as a family and had watermelon, strawberry and chocolate and all of them are highly recommended.
