When we was there the place was full of people, but the staff could miraculously manage everything. If someone expects more attention I wouldn't recommend to come here, but if you like classic, tasty italian pizza in authentic environment, it's your place.

We have been getting used to what can appear rude and surly behaviour from service staff in Italy and learning not to judge it as we would back home. But the service staff on this night had my family on edge more than usual - we were hastened to order immediately, and menus literally snatched away without any warmth. Meals... More

we spend there the whole evening watching euro 2016 match. They prepare the dough by themselves and the whole process of making pizza you can observe. We chose 5 different pizzas. All were delicious. wine and beer. Nothing more we needed.

We ate pizzas, mine was with Kamut flour, and my gf's was called "pane arbo", so tasty... The service was fast and friendly, great atmosphere. We felt welcome in a traditional place to eat a good pizza. Must go

Go early, meet owner, Nello, for a delicious dinner recommendation. Pizza and salad were great. Lively neighborhood atmosphere.

Restaurant recommended by the owner of apartment we were staying in and it didn't disappoint! A great selection of pizza's, which made the choice tricky, but I don't think you can go wrong. Great atmosphere - all locals with their dogs, but friendly to tourists. Best pizza in Italy!

We tried real pizza here from a wood fueled brick oven. The truffles pizza with porcino mushrooms was good but unfortunately our very service minded waiter lacked a bit of skills when he recommended Campo al Mare Vermentino di Toscana IGT white wine to it. Not the best unfortunately, and the flavours did not develop with the meal. A bit... More

This is my favorite pizza place in Florence, but service isn't great. The wait is very long even when you have a reservation: we were seated more than 20 minutes after our reservation in a very hot place. That being said, the pizza (especially the 'pizza per due') is really amazing.

I've known this place forever! It's in my opinion the best pizza in town! No matter what day of the week you want to go you will always find it pretty much full, so I would definitely recommend you to call and book! Take away pizza is also available and if you feel like it's one of those lazy Sunday's... More

We stumbled on this place while looking for a restaurant we'd gone to 10 years earlier. What a find! This is a locals' kind of place, and as foreigners we had to make great effort on the communication front (as did our Fabulous server). But she/we made it happen and it was worth the effort and then some. There was... More
