What you see is what you get, in a good way! We had the two course 15 Euro special, tasty and good serving sizes :) The waiter was friendly which we found refreshing for Italy (can't say that the service is customer focused in Italy apart from Florence, so far). We'd come back!

The service, the food and the atmosphere is excellent. Definitely visit this place on your trip to Florence. The evening on the terrace with wine and absolutely outstanding Italian dishes is fantastic here.

Happy with a simple lunch we had here. Thought the wine was off and they agreed and replaced without a fuss. We had pasta and salad. Was quiet while there.

Stumbled upon this restaurant upon our exit from the uffizi. We were welcomed and the staff was very friendly. More importantly the food is divine especially the pasta with fresh shaved truffles and its very value for money. We also recommend the red house wine. We came to this place twice and will definitely come again.

Our first "Italian" meal after arriving to our hotel located not too far away. The food was very good, and the service was good, as well. But why the three stars? First, the bill was unexpectedly high. We'd ordered a simple child's pasta dish, no sauce, nothing special, just boiled; an incredible pasta carbonara, albeit a small portion; minestrone soup;... Went there a couple of days ago with a sister of mine. The waiter looked pretty confused and asked us couple of times on our order. Most importantly, the food wasn't good. I order pasta wit boar. Pasta was wildly undercooked and therefore not tasty at all. Even though the meat itself was good. The bread that we got in... More

Not a great experience sadly. This looked a great small restaurant not far from our hotel and really near to some of the main sites in Florence. The staff were very polite and friendly but the main courses just didn't deliver. My wife ordered fish and asked for it to be filleted. Like most people getting the odd bone is... More

So my family and I stumbled upon this place through a local app with recommendations and hot spots! Boy was it correct. Family of 4 sat immediately, greeted w complimentary prosecco (which was some of the best I've had). We ordered a bottle of house red wine, delicious! Started with 1st corse, bruschetta and bread salad, so fresh with bold... More

This restaurant is very close to Galileo Museum and despite the old furniture and having no view , the food is very good. Salads are very recommended. Staff are nice and service is on time. Local wine is served with great quality

Having just left the Ufizzi its small roadside table area looked welcoming. Sadly the experience did not live up to our expectations. Food not particularly good, my prosecco was flat and the unhelpful attitude of our waiter meant that I was disinclined to complain. As I didn't finish my salad a second (friendlier) waiter asked if everything was OK. As... More
