Horribly rude waitstaff. My wife and I tried to come here after reading reviews and seeing it in Rick Steve's book. We tried opening the front glass doors and they would not open. No one came to help or open the door to give us...More

My husband and I were excited to try this restaurant based on its good reviews, however we weren't even allowed in the door. The front door was locked, the restaurant had plenty of people in it. They didn't even have a sign in the window....More

This is the best restaurant I have eaten at during my trip to Italy and even re-booked for a second time in one week. The food was incredible, authentic Italian cuisine. It is absolutely necessary to book in advance due to demand but it is...More

Had a really good meal, duck pappardelle and red mullet spaghetti. Both really good, especially the duck. Good prosecco too. Would recommend

I was told this restaurant was amazing. We didn't think to make a reservation so we decided to turn up just as they were opening to try our luck. Two men who worked there took one look at my African-American friend and didn't even give...More

I can see how people can misunderstand the service and it’s concerning that people talk about rudeness. I see less warmth maybe than previous visits but really, this is everything Florence is about, disarmingly Fiorentina. The food is as good as it gets. It remains...More

I called the restaurant to make a reservation and do not speak Italian, but they were very helpful and were able to speak to me in English. (Lovely people!)
