Everything was good without any surprises: warm staff, tasty food, good wine selection. Solid choice, but nothing outstanding.

We had 5 days in Florence and had dinner here 4 times! Stumbled upon it the first night and had the most divine dinner. Tried a different place on night 2, one that was recommended by several guidebooks, but was not impressed - so we...More

Hey readers. I went here with my friends and got kicked-out of this restaurant because I was a Celiac. I told the waitress I was a Celiac when we were seated and asked her to point out the gluten-free options on the menu. She pointed...More

Ok! I was worried about your health and this is the result! Our restaurant is not equipped to cook celiac food and I also kindly told you where you could go without having any problems. I know very well that some restaurants do not care...More

On this perfect Florentine evening we had one of our most wonderful dining experiences of our trip to Umbria and Tuscany. A beautiful breeze wafted over us as we crossed the bridge to Outrarno. We requested outdoor seating in this small busy trattoria and were...More

Great, traditional Italian food. The risotto was fabulous and so was the gnocchi. Their antipastis were all great too. On my second visit I ordered the Cannolo di Parmesan filled with Goat Cheese. It was sort of a weird dish as it was served on...More

This was a good find. Quiet trattoria offering great food and friendly service. Ravioli with melanzane for starters and rabbit filled with sausage meat for main course. Great food. Well done.

Santo Spirito / San Frediano
A warm evening with a cocktail in your hand and great
company is the ideal way to experience Piazza Santo
Spirito; the area is busiest at sunset for happy hour.
Visitors cannot hide their astonishment sitting on the
staircase under the Basilica of Santo Spirito, and
they cannot help but stare at the architectural
masterpieces like Bianca Cappello House, Fontana dello
Sprone and San Frediano in Cestello and Santa Maria
