This was a sugestion from our Guide Tour, the place was really nice. With a medieval look, you can decide if you want to eat inside the restaurant or at the front where you have a beautiful view of the Central Plaza and the Florence Cathedral. Coffee was great and the food and desserts where just one of a kind!... More

If you finished visiting Santa Croce it's time to have a nice meal. Here you can find different types of pasta, pizzas, second dishes and desserts. Besides it has a nice view on the cathedral and square.

We ate here for dinner in our last night in Florence. The place is rustic. Pizza was delicious, salad was fresh and gelato dessert was awesome.

This wonderful but busy restaurant can be found in piazza Santa Croce. The food here is great. Lots of traditional Italian dishes to be tried. The ice cream is one of the best around. The pastries are excellent... on those summer days after exploring Florence I would suggest a stop here.

Just been to finisterrae, they have good pastries and coffee, the orange juice is fresh, and overall is not expensive!out of the touristic route, then coffee is the cheapest we found. Apart from the pastries there is not a lot of variety. The waiters are the most rude people met!

The portion is generous and the locals also patronise. The T bone steak is juicy and tender. Pizza is superb.

We just happened upon Finisterrae's while wandering around and saw some lovely pastries through the window, so decided to pop in for a coffee...good decision. It has quite a nice buzz about it inside, and is quite a bit larger than the front entrance reflects. We had espressos, mini fruit tarts, and mini eclairs. All were beautiful - definitely recommend... More

We had a few minutes after lunch and before our tour group met up again and found this gelateria that looked fantastic. Lots of flavors to choose from and right on the square. My daughter chose lemon and I got tiramisu. It's easiest to pay cash, and gelato is cheap in Italy. We paid and got our cups, complete with... More
