Not overly impressed. The grissini they served was stale. the assorted prosciutto and lard were average- I've tasted better at my local Carlucci's in London. my sweetbread pasta was not spectacular. Main course of stuffed calamari was undercooked and had none of the rich seafood taste you would expect.

We are in Florence for two and a half months, so to come back to a restaurant must mean we liked it. On both occasions, the food was excellent. I still dream about the passatelli with sweetbreads and fried artichokes! The staff were pleasant and accommodating and, best of all, the bill was not excessive!

Being Florentine, away since long ago, this is one of my favorite place. The kitchen is truly genuine and so familiar! Everything is very good and very well presented. Stunning wine list! A place to go!

I was in Florence for a weekend and following a friend's tip i discovered this great spot, with friendly atmosphere, a great selection of wine (a great and not pricy Bolgheri) and a creative selection of dishes. thanks to the staff always professional and never cloying!

Went here for our anniversary dinner while in Florence expecting it to be over the top & crazy expensive. Well the food was incredible, the staff amazing and the price - not so bad! Really. This place is fantastic. Very different from your average touristy restaurant. The food and wine are local but done in a unique way. The staff... More

Delicious and affordable food, especially loved the fresh ingredients and first dishes. The location was great too, could easily walk there. The only thing was that they served water and alchohol, no other beverages or fresh juices. Otherwise it was a good meal for all of us.

Fun and tasty cuisine! Reasonably priced wine, super helpful staff. I would definitely go again. Be sure to have a reservation. I want to go back to try the walnut dessert.

Visiting my friend in Florence for our birthday weekend and went to il Santo Bravitore as she had been there many times and loved it for its friendly atmosphere and general fun ambience. Went to our table and were served by Guilia who was unsmiling and unwelcoming to the point of being unpleasant. My friend mentioned it was our joint... More

The restaurant was really busy and we had booked a table. It is quite a large restaurant, but there are enough staff to ensure high quality and knowledgeable service at each table. We were remembered when we arrived. Our waitress assisted us with the selection of wines and they matched the food well. The food was delicious. Just delicious. Each... More
