We were recommended to go here by our hotel on our first night in Florence and we couldn't have been happier with the choice. It was authentic Florentine food with a great atmosphere and attentive friendly staff. Out of this world Osso Bucco!

I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend on the recommendation of one of his colleagues, and what a great recommendation it was. We shared the bistecca fiorentina and after so much hype about the steak in Florence and specifically the steak at this restaurant, we had very high expectations. The steak was amazing! Huge, but we managed to get through... More

We visited Florence and read about this restaurant here on tripadvisor. It was located a couple of block from our hotel and looked interesting. Prior to our visit we went to the Leather market and were surprised to find the restaurant directly across the street. Our reservations were for seven o'clock but were starved from the train trip here. We... More

Nice place with friendly staff. Very tasty steak and pasta and good choice of wine. The most delicious veal chop I have ever had. I highly recommend this place.

Looks really small, but opens up around the back, you can see the Florentine steaks on the charcoal, wild boar ragu & pear & pecorino salad was great, wine was reasonable price. Well done

The food was very good, but frequented by many tourist groups, then the service has its hands whole and the chaos ruins the ambient

Great central location makes this restaurant easy to find. Friendly welcoming staff quickly escort you to your table. Staff are knowledgeable on wine and guided us with a great choice to go with our meals. My partner had a superb steak with mushroom sauce and I had roast chicken and potatoes ..both were hearty portions and the steak was cooked... More

Delicious pasta followed by a glorious piece of meat with tiramisu to take away the meat sweats. Taken care by staff from the start to finish. A little pricey but off set as there is no cover charge or service tax. Would highly recommend to all. No pressure to leave a tip as well as the waiter followed us out... More

We actually ate here twice during a one week stay in Florence. The first time was right after we checked into our hotel. The staff was extremely attentive and courteous. The service was better than excellent. The food was great - and served us a nice Chianti that greatly calm our nerves from a full day of flights to get... More
