We were directed here by our hotel Bernini when we arrived a bit early. The manager said that was where he and his staff ate. We had just flown in to Pisa and so were grateful to go anywhere offering food. It was a great choice for lunch. We chose off the fixed price menu, the starters were as big... More

good food, friendly "at home" type feeling of restaurant. Great wine selection. Close walking distance to where we stayed, which was the San Gallo Palace hotel.

My mom and I had three meals here! The food was delicious (their brie pizza was the best pizza I had in Italy), and the service was welcoming. Great place to go, especially if you like to head out of the city centre for the evenings!

We just happened along this restaurant on our first night in town. We thought it was lovely and it was full of locals so we took that as a good sign. The service was typical of a busy night but the meal was great.we had the fried artichoke which was new to us and awesome my husband loved his pizza... More

My wife and me had dinner in our last evening in Firenze. We just walked in this restaurant just 100 meters from our hotel. Menu was at the same time traditional and unique. We just took cannel one and fusionelle (pasta). Both were okei, but needed to add lot of cheese and also salt to get taste in portions. As... More

The cook was amazing. Highly recommended this place if you get a chance. I came here with my family the ambiance, the food, the management, were superberb. Bistecca alla fiorentina and pici alla salsiccia were to die for.

Nice ambience, very helpful and good customer service, reasonable prices but portions (we only had starters) were on the small side in comparison to what I have back home. Still recommended

Came here on a very slow Monday night. The pizza was nice and the house wine was good. The location was pretty and it was certainly a family run restaurant.

The service here was fine, but the food that we ordered was less than remarkable. I ordered bruschetta and margherita pizza and the pizza crust tasted like cardboard and the sauce tasted like canned tomato sauce, so needless to say, I would not recommend it to anyone. The bruschetta was all right, but it was also average. My niece had... More
