This is a small-to-medium restaurant that has quite a homely feel to it. They are flexible with the menu, allowing for some switching of sauces according to taste, which is quite a plus for the region. The food itself is fresh and tasty. Recommended!

Sorry, about the late answer, they are open every day, never close, Damiano is the owner originally from Orvieto. When and if you return to Firenze, go and eat there.
