The seemingly North American-raised waitress clearly had a good time trying to establish herself as Italian with the regulars, at our expense. My wife went to ask for suggestions based on some North American varietals that we enjoy back in the US. She was immediately...More

Coming from Medici chapel we had a light lunch at this wine bar. Owner is young, half American half Italian. The Crostinis were delicious, in particular the anchovy with butter and lemon zest-wow. Good place for light lunch & one or two glasses of wine.

An unpleasant experience, I felt very unwelcome at this wine bar. The young lady was rude and cold to myself and my friend, treated us as if we were invisible.

Visited on a Friday evening for a light snack and drink as we had a large/late lunch that day. We were able to grab a high top table and enjoyed a glass of wine as well as a crostini appetizer. The man working behind the...More

We were back for a great glass of wine and appetizer. Camilla works hard and has a great touch with her customers. I highly recommend for a pre dinner or just chilling time.

The place is very welcoming as it's in a small nook in the city center. It's only seconds away from palazzo strozzi and the piazza della Republicca. As i walked in I heard very easy going Going music which I am quite fond of. The...More

This place is really good! Great atmosphere and service. Lower prices than touristic places (I paid 10 euros for a glass of white wine near Santa Maria De Fiore.....tourist trap) Lovely place and good wine. Very friendy....totally recommend it!

Florence can be hell in July. This place was a godsend. The owner - American-Italian woman - knows her wine, and doesn’t fawn on customers. Toast with anchovies and butter was excellent. Consumed with Mt. Etna white, nicely chilled, and about two liters of water.

I had hours to wait for friends. Had passed by this place earlier in the week and had told the gentleman at the entrance how nice the place looked. He gratiously and warmly said thank you. Later in the week, I had the afternoon before...More

We called in here for a couple of drinks. Very quiet with just a couple of locals with their dogs but the whole of Florence was quiet. It’s a small place but not very Tuscan look and feel which is actually quite nice. Limited food...More

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
