Good reviews but the experience was not that special. Antipaste scallops were not tasty, but dry. Lobster Pasta was ok, and Lobster was well cooked as was the pasta. Desert cheesecake was also a bit tasteless. House wine (Chianti) was good pick. So an average experience from food point of view. Service was really nice and waiters were constatly checking... More

We ate various cold cuts and buffallo mozzarella for starters witch was really great. Spagetti vongole and pasta di mare for main course was very good. The man who greated us was really friendly and Proffessional. Dont get scared of the location, the food was brilliant.

We have been dining at Canta Napoli for overt ten years The quality of the food ( particularly the fish) has been of a very high standard nearly every time we have eaten there. The staff are very friendly and competent A great place to take lunch or dinner near to Cortona

If you are in the Cortona and need a good lunch, or dinner too, do yourself a favor and make a reservation at Cantanapoli. The buffalo margherita pizza here was the best pizza I have had, and we even went back the next day to get it again. Really just awesome

We waited in the car park until the doors opened at 7pm as we had not made a reservation and had heard rave reviews about the food. Everything lived up to expectation. I decided on the pasta with clams and prawns. My partner had pizza. We also had the pear tart and pineapple tiramisu. The food and wine was heavenly.... More

Omg this restaurant was so good. It's not in the town center but off a highway. Amazing seafood and really good pizza. EVERYTHING was exceptional. This was our best meal in the Tuscany area after a four night stay at Relais & Chatteau il Falconieri.

The was recommended by the chef at our hotel for seafood. It is not up on top in Cortona but down the hill. Almost all locals go here. The mussels were perfect size and cooked to perfection. I had the pasta with clams, mussels, and cherry tomatoes. The sauce was just the fish stock. It was so light and cooked... More

Now this is the place to be for seafood, but also for pizzas. This restaurant is very good and not expensive.
