Whoever visits Taormina, has a duty to visit this kind of candy house. The owner is a typical Italian gentleman. It boasts of a product that is only found in 4 places in Italy. One is this. It's a canoli, stuffed with ricotta. Something out of this world! I doubt you can eat only one unit. It's something of the... More

We had only tried cannoli once before and really wasn't keen at all.. but just before we visited Taormina, we'd been to see celebrity chef Gino D'Acampo's live stage show and he mentioned that his very favourite dessert is cannoli in Sicily. So... since Gino had been to Roberto's when he recorded his TV series (there are photos of them... More

Roberto's cannoli was light, crisp and not too sweet - simply amazing! It was the best cannoli we've had over our 2-week holiday in Sicily. He also has a large selection of Sicilian pastries. We didn't get to try them out but they certainly look delicious.

Visited Roberto's during our stay in Taormina - a mouth-watering selection of sweet things. Really loved the cannoli - absolutely delicious. Friendly and helpful service. Definitely worth a visit.

We went here based on previous reviews and a TV programme, and it was amazing! The cannoli were absolutely delicious, not like any we've ever tasted before and Roberto such a lovely man, he even told us to come back to pay the next day when he didn't have enough change! It's set in a little side street with cute... More

Freshest, best cannoli in taormina as recommended by Bill Clinton of all people, other treats are less impressive but still good

If you try Robert's cannolo you will have experienced a true Sicilian delicacy. The cannolo tube is crisp, not oily, yet it remains light, not clawing sweet. All of his baked goods are fresh, and bursting with flavor. IMHO...The best in Taormina.

Amazingly fresh, light and delicious Sicialian cannoli, made by Roberto, a friendly and open craftsman. Ricotta delivered early by specially selected sheep farmer, hence cannoli from 10 am on! Superb cannot be missed.

We stumbled upon Roberto's cannolis by accident as we walked through the streets of Taormina. I'm a big fan of cannoli however my mother was not, until she tried Roberto's! She is now a convert and looking for any in our area back home that even come close, nothing does. Absolutely this is a must try in my opinion!

On the first visit we had just eaten and couldn't manage anything else other than a few free bite sized samples offered by Roberto to tempt us. However we were determined to return with an empty belly. We sat outside to eat our Canoli before paying. Then purchased a bag of treats and candied orange peel dipped in dark chocolate... More
