Located in the hotel. We visited fro dinner. Not good impressions: Long waiting time, Hight prices, Not testy but wide selection of vines.

A group of six of us ate here and each ordered a different meal. We jovially tasted each meal and I can confirm that every meal was incredible, especially the tuna. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for the food, wine and location. The restaurant loses a point only because the waiting staff didn't show quite as much warmth as I'd... More

we ate here twice during our stay in Syracuse. Very good food. Innovative menu with many unusual dishes. Excellent for pasta, fish and meat but also many interesting antipasti

Large noisy echoey dining room, staff more interested in serving the conference and wedding groups that stay in the hotel. Food was poor, and even though there are tables outside (and they have the climate and views for al fresco dining) this is not allowed! Had dinner one night and only had one course and left. Stayed at hotel so... More

A very good restaurant with imaginative menus - very attentive service and pleasant, helpful staff, as well as stunning views from the various locations around the hotel site that they use.

Mainly fish dishes, nicely cooked and well presented. Desserts are delicious. Considering the restaurant is part of a 5 star hotel, it was dissapointing the menu did not change during our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Food was of excellent quality. Ate here twice, one for lunch and one for dinner on our last night. The seafood soup/stew was amazing as was the house speciality filet of beef with parmesan ice-cream !

A wonderful & beautiful location, including panoramic sea views of the city, island and beaches; we had a delux room. Staff arranged a private tour with a local couple who were excellent (Valdinoto Tours) of the ancient cities and surrounding areas, we even had a local market tour and bought some fantastic items! The restaurant and bar are excellent! Gourmet... More

The main restaurant at Grand Hotel Minareto has a fantastic location overlooking a sandy bay, but the scenery isn't enough to justify this anything special. Although the staff are friendly enough and the the chef is trying to cook you something to look a bit upscale, the food is nothing more than average. The menu is based around Mediterranean Sea... The food in all the locations at this hotel was absolutely disgusting. From breakfast, lunch by the pool to room service and the very old fashioned Nesos restaurant. No management was ever on site to talk to us either.
